1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using POD Smart Router, provided by Neal Frazier Tech / NullAI Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Lifetime Founding License

The $19 Lifetime Founding Member license grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the POD Smart Router engine, dispatch payload generators, and automated optimization APIs. All updates within the v1.x branch are included with zero recurring subscription fees.

3. Fulfillment Disclaimers

POD Smart Router calculates algorithmic optimal routes based on publicly documented and connected API specifications for Printify and Gelato. We do not manufacture products directly. Fulfillment SLAs, quality control, and shipping delivery guarantees are governed by your direct merchant agreements with Printify and Gelato.
